Hello (again)! After a brief hiatus, I have decided to return to Tumblr. I miss having an outlet for random shit in my life that I think is funny or interesting or clever. Apparently other people sometimes think those things are funny or interesting or clever, too.

Now, to get meta for a paragraph. Over the past few months, I’ve lost over 100 followers. I’ve also gained (yeah, I’m not sure what they were thinking) a handful — probably no more than a dozen. I un-followed everyone (don’t worry, I’ll probably follow you back) and un-liked as many posts as I could until Tumblr bitched at me. Basically, I reset my account but kept the followers.

Back to non-meta. Just before the new year, I met Keegan, the lovely lady in the picture above. (Yes, she has a Tumblr. And a company.) She’s absolutely incredible and we fell for each other rather hard. She lives in Dallas so I’ve been heading up there on the weekends.

I’m still working for the same company and I’m having a blast there. We’re no longer doing iOS stuff and we’re on the verge of introducing something brand new. I’ll keep you posted.

That about covers all the happenings in the past three months (in the big picture, at least). And now, back to the meta. I plan to post more long form posts and reblog fewer things. (Hopefully, this will make me turn into Mills.) I also plan to post much less frequently — maybe once a week. The goal with all this is to make Tumblr useful to me again.

Thanks for reading. Hope you stick around!
